Crest Nicholson are working on proposals for a new development of 490 Houses on the land northeast of Lower Luton Road.

We are not objecting to the scheme to build 490 homes, however in accordance with the emerging St Albans Local Plan we STRONGLY OBJECT to the omission of a Local Centre as specified in the policy concerning the site.

Without the appropriate infrastructure ie Doctors, Chemist, Dentist, Shops and other essential services, the scheme would be unsustainable.
