The Issue

To all Human Rights Defenders, Families of Martyrs, Survivors of Genocide, Environmentalists, and Lovers of Life and Liberty—in Kurdistan and Across the Globe:

We send you our warmest greetings and highest respect. We salute your tireless, noble, and independent civil efforts dedicated to serving our people and breathing life back into our historically displaced and long-neglected towns and villages, from Garmyan to Badinan.

The Qaladze Center Abroad, based in London, is launching an urgent initiative to amplify the voices of our people. In strategic coordination with the Department of Human Rights and Genocide Studies at the University of Sulaimani, we have structured a comprehensive framework for our upcoming season of action. Our mission is clear: to advocate fiercely for the rights of our families, revive our fragile environment, and secure a dignified future for all displaced and genocided regions of Kurdistan.

As part of this historic push, we have officially submitted a comprehensive project proposal directly to the British Prime Minister.

To demand justice, we are organizing a Peaceful and Dignified Demonstration directly outside the historic heart of British governance:

📍 The Prime Minister's Office, 10 Downing Street, London

📅 Friday, June 26, 2026

⏰ 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

This gathering marks the solemn 37th Anniversary of the Forced Displacement of Qaladze—a brutal extension of the infamous Anfal campaigns. Although the Supreme Iraqi Criminal Tribunal officially recognized this atrocity as a Genocide, and despite formal acknowledgements by both the Iraqi Parliament and Government, there has been a devastating absence of practical action. To this day, our families have received no material or moral compensation, and our shattered, razed hometowns remain largely un-rebuilt.

Our Objectives:

We are assembling to galvanize the urgent support of the Prime Minister and the Parliament of the United Kingdom. We seek to compel them to exert direct diplomatic pressure on the Iraqi Government to fulfill its legal obligations:

Just Compensation: Deliver immediate financial and moral reparations to the victims and families affected by these atrocities.
Modern Reconstruction: Rebuild our devastated regions with modern infrastructure.
Economic Renewal: Establish robust industrial, agricultural, commercial, and cultural projects. These vital developments will directly combat the economic despair forcing our youth—particularly from Qaladze—into massive, perilous migrations to the UK.

A Call for Action and Documentation:

As you know, these collective, humanitarian struggles rely entirely on the voluntary spirit of non-governmental, non-partisan civil activists. We honor the "unknown soldiers" who have fought for years without reward, driven solely by moral duty, humanity, and patriotism.

Therefore, we urgently appeal to every single family of our martyrs: We need your immediate cooperation to digitize all physical documents, evidence, and testimonies of the massacres and crimes committed against our people. Together, we must translate these archives into English and preserve them as a powerful, permanent record to be deployed on the global stage when the moment demands.

The success of this profound humanitarian project rests on the passion, unity, and dedication of every loyal soul who loves Kurdistan. Let us ensure the world can no longer look away.

With solidarity, dignity, and hope,

On behalf of the Qaladze Center Activists in London:

Mrs. Hawzhin Rashid
Mr. Hedi Omed Mustafa
Mr. Adnan Shaswar
With the highest respect and warmest fraternal regards,
