A Collective Call for Peace

As a doctor and a mother, I have been haunted by the loss of Dr Al-Najir, a paediatrician in Gaza, who was at work when her home was bombed. Nine of her children were killed. 

I know we can feel helpless, like nothing we say or do will make a difference. Yet we can speak, and we can act.

My husband's parents were political prisoners in Argentina. They were released because people raised their voices and put pressure on the UK government. It mattered. It made a difference

That is the power of one

Demand and support an immediate, lasting ceasefire and a return of the hostages.

Peace can not be built on fear. Security cannot be built on suffering. We believe in an alternative future, one rooted in justice, equality, and humanity for all.
We oppose all forms of hate, including antisemitism, Islamophobia, and racism in all its forms.

 Our call for peace is not a call against any people, it is a call for all people.
