IT'S BEEN A YEAR; LIFE DEALT ME A HAND, BUT I HAVE RETURNED AND THE STRUGGLE IS REAL! We are the residents of Ensemble Senior Living owned by A. Molasky in Las Vegas, NV, where there is a dire need to address more than a few critical issues that have now become unavoidable. The living conditions here not only threaten our safety but also blatantly undermine our dignity and peace. The role of management has only been to fill a vacancy and collect the rent. As of August 2026, no one answers the corporate office phone numbers or extensions. In the event of a fire or other disaster, the buildings have no adequate wheelchair accessibility. This endangers our neighbors in buildings 1 and 2, who, without the necessary access, would be trapped with no way to escape. According to the NFPA 101 {Life Safety Code}, the International Building Code {Chapter 10}, ADA Standards {the Americans with Disabilities Act}, fire code regulations, and the Fair Housing Act {FHA}, all residential buildings are required to be wheelchair accessible in some form or fashion. It's time that our buildings comply with this regulation to ensure the safety of our residents. In addition to this, there is an unsettling routine of drug abuse and soliciting within our buildings that is deeply concerning. Numerous reports about these infractions have been issued to management and corporate, yet they are ignored. Some tenants, their family members, and employees who are involved will shamelessly request monetary aid and pain medication, placing others in uncomfortable and harmful situations. Substance misuse is not only illegal, but it also breeds a hostile and unsafe living environment, creating an additional strain on our community. Moreover, the lack of cleanliness and sanitation in the buildings has led to a severe infestation of roaches, bugs, and pigeons, causing further detriment to our living conditions and the structure of the buildings. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, such infestations can lead to severe health hazards. The exploitation of our community is unacceptable. We call on our property management to enforce wheelchair accessibility and stricter drug regulations, and for our local authorities to take immediate action on these current illegal activities. Only then can we begin to restore our community's dignity, safety, and peace. Unfortunately, a few of our Section 8 and state-funded tenants have allowed their family members to come and stay with them under the guise of help and have allowed their friends to wreak havoc and contribute to the uncleanliness of the building. All of this could stop if management did routine inspections. The #1 main objective after everything else is rent increasing by 7.5% nearly a $100.00, which could be used for food and prescriptions. The verbal bait and switch is one of the most common traps Corporate affordable housing developers use to fill their buildings. They verbally promise Seniors "your rent will never go up", but the legal truth is hidden in the paperwork. Even though its labeled low income or affordable it doesn't mean the rent is frozen. Nevada and other states should have a cap for seniors; we only receive a 2.5% yearly increase from COLA that goes straight to rent and bills. This rent increase explicitly targets and strip seniors of their federal Cost of Living Adjustments. To conclude Corporate is completely ghosting residents while units are about to fail official housing health inspections. Seniors on fixed incomes are being forced to spend their own money and suffer physical injuries doing their own pest control extermination. Corporate only does enough to pacify and cover but not eradicate or fix the ignored structural pigeon and roach damage. We are left with our voices to reach Mr. A. Molasky.
