We, the undersigned residents and concerned community members, urgently request the installation of a 4-way stop at the intersection of 140th Street and Sutter Avenue.

This intersection has become increasingly dangerous due to high traffic volume, limited visibility, and frequent speeding. Over the past several months, there have been numerous accidents and near-miss incidents. Residents have repeatedly witnessed collisions and narrowly avoided serious injuries while crossing or driving through this area.

Despite repeated calls for caution, drivers often fail to yield, putting pedestrians—including children, seniors, and families—at constant risk. It is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or killed if immediate safety measures are not implemented.
