It has now been 16 months since my employer has been continuously deducting nearly half of my salary, despite my regular attendance and service.

Due to this prolonged and unjust financial hardship, my advocate has now formally filed my case in the Rouse Avenue Court, Delhi. I am pursuing justice through legal means because all internal efforts failed.

Unfortunately, the damage caused by these salary deductions has reached a heartbreaking level.

I am no longer able to deposit my children’s school fees. The school authorities have officially intimated me that if the pending fees are not paid soon, my children will NOT be allowed to appear in their board examinations this year.

This is not just a labour dispute anymore.

This is about:

❌ Mental harassment of an employee’s family

❌ Threat to a child’s future and education

No child should suffer because a parent is fighting for basic employment rights.
