"19th months of Salary Deductions – Justice Denied, System Failed"
The Issue
To: Chief Labour Commissioner of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment, and IFCI Limited
For the past one year, my salary has been illegally deducted every month despite my regular attendance at work. I have not committed any misconduct, yet I am being punished simply because I refused to work on a downgraded and unskilled job profile that does not match my designation.
📌 Facts of my case:
My original designation as a Hairstylist in Health Club (Spa & Salon) was changed without my consent or paperwork.
Management transferred me to another department and forced me to accept a lower profile.
Despite regular attendance (proved through biometric & manual records obtained via RTI), my salary has been deducted for over 12 months.
My EPFO contributions are being deposited for only 15 days each month instead of the full salary period.
I have already replied to show-cause notices and filed a court case, but the employer continues harassment.
I have sent multiple emails to IFCI officials regarding my case, but no action has been taken on my complaints.
The MD Amrendra Kumar and SAVP Mohit Bhatnagar are the main persons who have intentionally targeted me, harassed me, and are now forcing me to resign from my job.
My minor son is now suffering psychological distress due to the financial and mental pressure caused by these illegal deductions.
⚠️ This is not just my fight. If such practices continue, every employee’s job security in India is at risk. Workers cannot be silenced through salary cuts, fake inquiries, and forced demotions.
What I am demanding:
1. Immediate stoppage of salary deductions and release of my withheld wages.
2. Restoration of my rightful job profile and dignity at work.
3. Fair and independent inquiry instead of biased internal proceedings.
4. Strict action against management officials (including MD Amrendra Kumar and SAVP Mohit Bhatnagar) who are misusing power to harass employees.
