I am a permanent employee working at IIDL Suites (a subsidiary of IFCI) since 2013. For the past 19 consecutive months, the management has been illegally paying me only 50% of my earned salary, despite my regular attendance and continuous service.
This is not just unfair—it is a clear violation of Indian labour laws.
The management’s actions violate:
Section 33 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 – which prohibits employers from changing service conditions or punishing employees during the pendency of disputes without due approval.
Payment of Wages Act, 1936 – unlawful deductions without valid justification.
Principles of natural justice – no fair inquiry, no proper justification.
Despite repeated emails, legal notices, and complaints to authorities, the employer continues this harassment without accountability.
This situation has caused:
Severe financial hardship
Mental stress to me and my family
Loss of dignity and job security
I am not alone—this reflects a larger issue of worker exploitation in government-linked organizations.
My Demands:
Immediate payment of all pending salary dues (19 months of withheld wages)
Strict action against responsible officials
Protection of employee rights and fair working conditions
Accountability for violation of labour laws
I urge everyone to support this petition and raise your voice against injustice.
No worker should be forced to suffer like this.
