Today marks the 15th continuous month of receiving half salary from my employer, IIDL Suites (IFCI group). I am still getting only around ₹13,000 per month, despite being a regular, permanent employee with full attendance.

Because of this illegal and unfair deduction, I am now under heavy debt, struggling every day to survive. For the past three months, I have not been able to deposit my children’s school fees. As a father, nothing hurts more than seeing my kids suffer because of a situation I never created.

I have raised this issue with every authority — IFCI officials, Labour Commissioner, NHRC — but justice is still pending. My case is already in the Labour Court, and I have full faith in our judiciary. But until justice comes, my family is being pushed deeper into financial and emotional pain.
