Today marks one full year of continuous salary deductions by MD Amrendra Kumar of IIDL India. Despite my regular attendance and dedication, my salary has been unfairly cut month after month.

To add further injustice, this year all other staff members received their yearly salary increment — but I was deliberately denied mine. This discriminatory treatment is not only financially damaging but also deeply humiliating.

I continue to raise my voice against this ongoing exploitation and seek support so that no other employee has to suffer such harassment in the future.
