I want to share an important update in my ongoing struggle for justice.

It has now been 11 continuous months that my employer has been illegally deducting 50% of my salary, despite my regular attendance and strong work ethic. This has created an unbearable financial burden on me and my family. I’ve been forced to survive on half a salary while still meeting household expenses and my children’s school fees.

After multiple complaints and no resolution at the company level, I had approached the Assistant Labour Commissioner (ALC). After reviewing the case and holding initial hearings, the ALC has now transferred my matter to the Labour Court for further action.

This is a crucial step forward, but I still need your support. The legal battle is not easy, especially when you're already struggling financially. I’m standing up not just for myself, but for every employee who is facing unfair treatment and salary exploitation.
