Since 2021, several fatal strikes and bombardings were set by Russia against not only Ukranian military structures but also civilians, coundtless died. President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, confidentally avouched to end this war easily. Nothing happened. Instead, many countries are aiming up to be ready for a threat. Weapons are being sent, many peace negotiations were declined and an end is not within sight. Meanwhile, Iran, Israel, Ethiopia, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and other countries are under wars and conflicts. Numerous war crimes are have been committed. Waves of refugees are on the road, uncertainty is not only their but our all constant companion. -

that from a biological and genealogical perspective, humanity is ONE FAMILY. We share the same origins. Conflicts within a family are normal. But destroying each other is not. Killing for power, money, or ego is not strength. It is failure. 

Borders are political constructs, not biological realities. We are deeply interconnected. Economies, communication, supply chains, climate — everything has became global.

War is no longer a local event.
It is a worldwide disruption!

It creates war crimes.
It creates refugees.
It causes mental ilness and homelessness.
It wastes unimaginable public funds.
It destabilizes entire regions and countries.
It leaves devastation that last generations.

If war, centuries ago, seemed unavoidable since it appeared to be the strategy to chose, today it means failure.

We need a new level of global accountability.

I am Nick. Me a ‚normal‘ citizen of this world sitting in my child‘s room in 2022, having the urge to set something against the just started strike of Russia against the Ukraine, an idea arose in my mind. Which then over time formed to a big global vision. Could this be my contribution to humanity? A life-long journey? Would this not be too big? Many questions, leaded by the question of Could I set this bring up all alone? Clear no! Could I set this up with many others and make it ours? Absolutely a yes!  

Our vision, coming with the LAW OF THE WORLD, is the creation of an internationally developed and binding legal framework agreed upon by as many nations as possible, that:

• Hamper the initiation of war legally and politically much more: This safes everyone and everything, inherently.
  
  
• Strengthens automatic civilian protection mechanisms: Civilians and other innocent parties can be gotten out of harm`s way. 
  
  
• Sets strict conditions under which conflicts may be canvass and discussed: Can make a default of appearance being charged. 
  
  
• Creates enforceable consequences for violations: Possibility of blocking prohibited actions, such as strikes against child hospitals.
  
  
• Bound to solve conflicts on a non-violent way before any military strike may be executed: Hinders an attacking party of taking actions fully on their own.
  
  

We already see global cooperation in economic and political forums. Why not expand this cooperation toward preventing a fundamental topic like war and conflict?

This petition is not about ideology. 
It is about responsibility!

We cannot wait for another 500 civilians to die next week.
Or the one after. We learned that hospitals and innocent individuals are targeted over and over again, no hesitation being showed. It is urge and it is about time. 

Change begins with demonstrating public will. Followed by well deliberated and proper actions.
Governments act when people speak.

They are speaking about war crimes? War itself is a crime!

Let‘s show that we are ready for a more mature global order. For us, for our future children, for tortured, passed people and animals – brutality and conflict is part of the human species ever since, scientists know today, and I am quite sure that we cannot erase it entirely, but we can set the first essential step on the way which our children and their children am going to continue – for all of the numerous human beings having passed away until this day due to any war. Their deads were senseless. Our action will not be.
