Slovakia: Indian Attacked/Charged With Murder. UPDATE: "Not Guilty" but Verdict Appealed

An Indian man is attacked on October 7th, 2017 by 3 white men, fights back in self-defense only after the threat to his life is escalated by kicks and punches, then is charged with First Degree Murder while his attackers go free. This happened in Bratislava, Slovakia next to the U.S. and German Embassies. Racially motivated attacks are not rare, and in this case, even though the Slovak judge and prosecution have the video footage and witness testimonies, the victim is still the one charged. The Slovak people are shielded from the truth.  The video shows one story < > but the news sells a different story. By supporting this petition, you will not only give hope to this man, but you will give hope to his family that he will finally be freed and come home. There is also hope that the Slovak courts will not continue to be swayed by racist public opinion and tabloids but lean toward true justice for victims of Hate Crimes. There is also hope that the attackers will be held accountable for the Hate Crime they committed against this man. I humbly urge you to support and share this petition to show this man and his family that they are not alone...that there is hope.   UPDATE: OCTOBER 15, 2018
Mr. Timothy received the verdict "Not Guilty" today and was sent home finally after 1 year and 1 week in custody. This is a major victory and we thank the Lord.  The Prosecutor has appealed the decision so the case will go to the higher courts in Slovakia.  Please keep sharing and supporting this petition as we prepare for the next trial.   Justice For TimothyContact: @justicefortimFacebook: Relief For The Family: #Justice4MrTimothy

Protecting the People of Southern and Middle Belt of Nigeria from Fulani Genocide

Follow up to the Northern Nigeria atrocities on the Southern part of Nigeria notably on the Yorubas, Niger-Delta, Middle-Belts and the Igbos, of which an unaccounted number of people have been macheted, beheaded in a gruesome act and of which the Federal Government of Nigeria has been unable to curb or sometimes seen to be culpable by virtue of the APC-led Government of Ex-General of Nigerian Army and former Head of State, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, a Fulani and also a Sharia Law believer, who has not made any arrest or condemn this dastardly act surprisingly as current President of our dear country, Nigeria. The latest mass movement of people from the Northern area of Nigeria being hidden in Animal transporter among cow in large numbers, to the Southern and Western part of Nigeria is creating fear, instability in the regions as some of them were seen to be carrying rifles mainly AK47 and different sophisticated weapons that are better than Nigeria Army and Police combined arsenal, is very worrying to be seen as state-sponsored guerilla fighters. This awareness is hereby brought to the notice of all stakeholders and international communities who have businesses in these regions that a genocide of the like of Rwanda in the 90s is bit-by-bit eroding into these regions and we need your quick voice to intervene by virtue of preventing this from happening, calling on Nigerian Government, which is not diverse enough but filled with Fulani kinsmen of Gen. Buhari, already manning top positions of Nigeria in all areas not reflecting the constitutional provisions including the Military formations. This is a travesty and a master plan of Northern Nigeria domination and extra-judicial killings infused with Boko Haram terrorism and now Fulani herdsmen agitation.

PT Toba Pulp Lestari took away Parbulu's right to life for 34 years, when must to return !

1. Parbulu is a village inhabited by the descendants of Ompu Sinta MANURUNG, located in the village of Banjar Ganjang sub-district, Toba district, North Sumatra province, Indonesia, which is directly adjacent to PT Toba Pulp Lestari which is owned by Sukanto Tanoto, the richest billionaire in Indonesia. 2. The Parbulu land area of 40 ha has been planted with various kinds of plants since 1890, but the presence of PT Toba Pulp Lestari since 1986 has become a big problem and 20 ha of Parbulu's land and burial ground are walled by PT TPL. and the remaining Parbulu land is polluted and damaging the lives of residents. 3. For the past 3 years Parbulu has struggled for rights and has made every effort, including to the government, but until now it has faced a deadlock ..! in this struggle since 1990, we experienced many victims, especially our parents, St Rancang Manurung, who died in 2002 in fighting for rights. Until now, compensation for environmental damage and deprivation of rights has never been given. 4. We appeal to the leaders of countries and fighters for justice and Human Rights throughout the world, who are around the world, to help and assist our Suffering which is still ongoing for 34 years now. 5. Support Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv

We, the undersigned, believe that music is our shared language, one that transcends boundaries and brings people together under a common bond. We believe that unifying events, such as singing competitions, are crucial to help bridge our cultural divides and bring people of all backgrounds together through their shared love of music. The annual Eurovision Song Contest embodies this unifying power. Every year, millions of people across Europe, and around the world, join together in a massive display of cultural exchange and celebration of music. Unfortunately, this year, the spirit of togetherness is under attack by those calling to boycott Eurovision 2019 because it is being held in Israel, subverting the spirit of the contest and turning it from a tool of unity into a weapon of division.  We believe the cultural boycott movement is an affront to both Palestinians and Israelis who are working to advance peace through compromise, exchange, and mutual recognition. While we all may have differing opinions on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the best path to peace, we all agree that a cultural boycott is not the answer. We call on all our friends and colleagues around the world to express their support for an exciting and successful Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv. [بالعربية أدناه] [En français ci-dessous] [En español abajo] [Auf deutsch unten]                                                                --- You can stay updated on everything happening with Eurovision HERE And follow CCFP on social media: Facebook / Twitter / Instagram                                                                 --- French: Nous, les soussignés, pensons que la musique est notre langue commune, une langue qui transcende les frontières et rassemble les gens sous un lien commun.

Namibian police, stop assaulting people. End police brutality NOW. #Help_me_find_Michael!

I was a assaulted and kicked by a group of police officers and thus almost lost an eye on Saturday the 11th of August 2018 for taking pics of a police officer by the name Michael who assaulted me before the severe attack with his colleagues on and threatened him of posting his pictures on social media. They confiscated my phone and handcuffed me and thus kicked me in the abdomen and face. They demanded for the pics to be deleted for them to hide their identity. I know one of the Police officers that was present at the scene and she works at Katutura Police station. I opened a cased against Michael for perpetrating violence but the Police officers refused to help me. I explained everything to the station commander and later they agreed that I can open a case. I opened a case. Police officers are now threatening me on Facebook that my docket will be lost coz they will never investigate their colleagues for assaulting people. Some of these are officers that were present when I opened the case. I want the police to investigate this case urgently and help identify Michael, a member of the City police . Michael must apologize and compensate for the damages and misery he caused.  I want the police to investigate and bring Michael to order. I want justice. We are tired of docket getting lost when it's police officers involved but they keep locking up taxi drivers each an everyday struggling to put bread on the table. I want JUSTICE.

About the disqualification of Ukraine at Eurovision 2016, revision of the voting results,

The 2016 Eurovision Song Contest was a spectacular show and a testament to a year of hard work by so many people from so many countries. The live shows were world-class television productions with a thriller climax on Saturday night. We understand the passions and emotions that are engendered by the Eurovision Song Contest. In light of this, we have taken notice of your petition and appreciate this opportunity to respond. The winner of the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest was decided by music industry professionals and you, viewers at home, each with a 50 percent stake in the result. Ukraine's Jamala won, thanks to broad support from both the juries as well as televoters. She did so with an outstanding performance of an emotional song, telling a personal story. Australia's Dami Im won the jury vote. Sergey Lazarev won the televoting. They both deserve credit for their world-class performances, their great songs and for being magnanimous in defeat. They may not have won the contest, but responded to the outcome as winners. We respect and appreciate them for that. The Eurovision Song Contest is a competition. There can only be one winner. We understand that not everyone agrees with the outcome of this year's Eurovision Song Contest however in a competition where the results are decided based on a subjective and often very personal opinions, there will always be people who do not agree. Regardless of this, the result remains valid by all means, in accordance with the rules as they were known to each participating broadcaster, each artist and each dedicated fan. Ukraine is, and will remain, the winner of the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest. Whether you agree or disagree, we call upon those who signed this petition to embrace the result, valid in accordance with the rules, and to continue a constructive dialogue about how to further strengthen and improve the Eurovision Song Contest.
