In my day-to-day life I generally avoid public restrooms unless absolutely necessary. Why? I am genderqueer. I am multiple different genders and I have no way of going to any bathroom without being misgendered.

Same with 2 of my closest friends.夜空, who is neither male nor female, and is constantly dead named and misgendered. Aniyah, who never goes to the bathroom unless forced to. Both of these people use they/them pronouns. Neither male nor female. No unisex bathrooms and no possible options.
These people are just the same as everyone else, but they don’t get basic privileges. This just shows how unjust our society is.

We need action. Show them that we all need a bathroom, no matter our gender. We are all the same inside, so we all have the same basic needs.

I am asking you to help me take action. Together we will get justice for genderqueer people!
