Support Officer Fasci: End Discrimination at Widener Library

Support Officer Fasci: End Discrimination at Widener Library
The Issue
Officer James Fasci applied for and won a bid to work at Widener Library's Main entrance. He was ultimately not allowed to take the post he was justly awarded through a grading rubric Securitas uses, due to personal bias, and discrimination by Harvard-Securitas, in particular, comments made by the Harvard client. The next day a brand new employee was placed at the post.
He was reassigned to other work, rather than train and begin working the post he had applied for, and won based on the bid sheets, working at the library before, and as the candidate with the most seniority on campus.
A former Dunkin' Donuts Shift Lead in Allston-Brighton, Abdel Benzerrouk was promoted to managing security for all FAS libraries by his personal friend, Stavroula Birmbas, who asked for James' removal before he even spent a real first day on the job. Therefore, the removal could not have been related to job performance - he was even allowed to work.
Please support James Fasci's fight to be treated fairly and equitably in this case, and provided the truth about the reasons why he was not able to accept the job he was awarded through a fair process in his own contract.
