Our local leadership wants more money.... yet, when I brought up an issue regarding pay, I was told it wasn't a priority... and given the cold shoulder. Why should I pay more when I'm already struggling as it is?

Any issues have to go through the website, responses rarely come, and when they do, the response is “read the CBA section blah blah”. Then when you have what you need, the company has a totally different interpretation or a loophole because our contract has more holes than Swiss cheese. I want to be able to call and have someone answer when I have doubts or an emergency. 3 days for a response when my pairing is modified today, or I’m having a fume event is unacceptable.
