Hi, i'm very happily signing this petition because the Smile network has brought so much joy,peace and all around just help to my son amazing son. he's on the Autism spectrum and non verbal, he does repeat things he hears and communicates in his own way. he really loves watching all of the shows including the program breaks. its been great for him throughout the years. teaching him in ways of praying, sign language, and so much more. it helps him relax and brings so much joy. he repeats so much from the shows, shorts, the stories and sings along often to the music videos. he does have quite a bit of favorites like Bb's bedtime stories which he looks forward to at the same time every night. Arnies shack, paws and tales,sarah's stories,whirl,etc. to be honest im sure they are all his favorite along with the program breaks in between. we don't have cable or paid streaming services. everyday for the past ten plus years we've enjoyed watching smile daily, we always laugh,talk and sing along. it has definitely been a huge part of our lives for easily a decade and has been great at bringing more faith filled programs to our home. we are of course a christian family and any bit of faith filled entertainment etc for my son is great. honestly there's not another station that has ever gotten his attention over the years as Smile has and he surely misses watching as i do too. he is still singing the songs and of course quoting the bible verses he's heard along with prayers and other from the shows. he has loved for many years and will continue and please bring it back to tv. it only has been one day going on two, but it's been rough without being able to watch on broadcast tv. yes there is the option of online streaming. but not only do we not pay for streaming services also it does not have the same effect. there is only a certain amount of time for online activity for many reasons. my son loves watching tv over streaming online also it better for him for relaxing, etc. not having constant interruptions from ads etc. those may sometimes have negative side effect. but, we love smile and we are definetly missing it and that won't change with time. even with some shows as i mentioned being shown online. the Smile network and all of the programming has been great for us and fits so well. this channel is loved by many and i've talked with quite a few already that is hoping it will come back for many reasons. i've actually been watching since 2005 i have two kids and both have enjoyed watching from the Smile of a child days until now. i myself love enjoy watching and i'm hoping we will be continuing to watch soon. i can go on and on about how much we love Smile tv and really sad about it going off air. but, here's to asking,praying and hoping that by grace of God this Amazing station will back up and running. please reconsider and see what this station has done for many since its debut. it has been rough trying to assure my son that his favorite channel will be back and at least providing something in the time until then. i have faith that it will indeed be back on air and will continue for many years and bringing the same joy etc for many generations to come. "Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you". Matthew 17:20. And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith. Matthew 21:22 Amen Amen.. Thanks TBN and Smile for all of the faith filled programming and wonderful memories, here's to many more. i will gladly and faithfully give a donation to get and keep Smile going, though it won't be much, but every bit helps. we will be again looking forward to watching again soon. i will also be sharing this as much as possible.
Quinten apoyó esta petición: Reestablish TBN's Children's Network, Smile of a Child TVI just discovered the Smile channel not long ago and then was disappointed and sad that it was being canceled! My son enjoyed this channel as well and it is difficult to find decent television shows much less faith based shows for my child to watch. I do pray they bring this channel back as many people and families need options to watch!

I loved knowing everything would be appropriate, which is difficult anymore. Even Sesame Street has to be monitored. Please bring back Smile.
