VeggieTales is one of the most long-standing Christian kids shows in media. The show has seen its ups and downs: From being a hit in the 90s, to its financial woes kickstarting the new millennium, to its mistreatment with the Netflix spin-offs, to its glorious revival on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) - VeggieTales has been through so much.

But now, the creators of VeggieTales Phil Vischer and Mike Nawrocki, along with Lisa Vischer and Kurt Heinecke (other ESSENTIAL people of the series) have been booted off the show for reasons still to be confirmed. This goes to show that VeggieTales is being ripped from Vischer and Nawrocki's care YET AGAIN, committing the same sin as that of Dreamworks and Netflix (who had refused to let the VeggieTales creators have creative freedom in the spin-offs shows other than voice acting). 

As a result, Veggie fans are taking to social media to express righteous anger towards this apparent corporate move. Whether it's on the part of TBN, or Universal (the current owners of VeggieTales), or some other entity remains to be known. So, it's with great concern that this decision be reversed, and that Phil and co. continue to be involved with the show.
