I was deactivated for no reason and no warning. I’ve been a spark driver for at least 3 years. I had on-time deliveries and a great track record. I appealed and was told that my deactivation will remain in place.

I sent an appeal. My insurance is up to date on all my vehicles and my cards are just fine. They came back with upholding their decision. I even called my insurance company to verify everything was good. I've appealed it twice now, with no answers to why I don't have a job other than their text message stating so and why. There is nothing wrong with my insurance or car, yet I'm deactivated for no reason and can't speak with a human concerning the matter! I quit my 9 to 5 because I made better money through spark and made my own hours. Now I'm back to the drawing board for no reason! You should be able to talk with a human being about these issues and concerns to solve problems efficiently.
