It’s getting harder to not have things available in person. Being able to shop in person and not lose local stores matters. It creates a void for crafters. Please keep this store open. We are losing choices because the biggest retailer out there is Amazon and it’s pushing others out. I want The choice to be able to buy in person without driving 40 to 60 minutes. People want classes and or the chance to Discover something new in store while getting the things they want and Know and you can’t get that online. I hope this petition will help make a difference.

Hobby Lobby is not for me and Michael’s just doesn’t have the same selection of fabric and supplies for fiber crafting, which are the things I use it for the most. It always seems busy when I’m there and the employees are so kind and caring. I’ve made friends shopping here. Please don’t take away the best brick and mortar craft store in the area.

It is now the only place in the entire nation where this is the case, and should be highly prized for this now unique scenario. This sector employs so many people who are vital to the live performance and motion picture industries, and it will be completely hobbled if these business suddenly have to spread out over the boroughs to fight for survival.
