TikTok helps keep me up to date with current events, makes me feel more connected to the world and people my age, makes me feel less alone in my struggles, and is a potential push for selling my crafts. This is an important platform, and this platform itself has brought more people together than anyone could have imagined. Seeing real people living in real experiences makes things more relatable and believable than what you see on regulated new channels.
TikTok is a community. It connects us all over the world simply by sharing even a 10 second video we get to see how others live their lives and better understand the cultures of their communities.
Hi, this is Melana Ruddy. I have 22.6k on TikTok. I have worked so hard for my following and go live to make income for college. My college is a lot, and thanks to TikTok, I can pay for college now. But if this app goes down, I don't know what I'm going to do. I made so many friends on there, I can't even count anymore. Also, these homeless people are making income off the app too. Do you really want to be responsible for putting these people and many more on the street? No, I didn't think so.
TikTok made em happy when times were bad I got advice from it. It was relatable. It was like a best friend to me I was DEVASTATED once it was gone. I cried there is no app that can replace TikTok I swear I need it. Please bring it back. TikTok also brought me closer to people which was my biggest fear. TikTok made me stable money wise from all the tips and tricks I learned. It wasn’t only for silly videos it was a useful place. ALSO WHY DID THEY TAKE CAPCUT TOO. 💔
