I know how much being on the sex offender registry can ruin your life. My husband has been on for 3 years for a crime he didn’t commit and it’s made finding jobs, housing, friends, etc almost impossible. This is unjust and should be fixed asap!!!

Keeping this woman on the sex offender registry for crime, she didn't commit of a non-sexual nature for life and for life is cruel and unusual punishment

My grandma is my rock she has raised me since I was 2 I’m almost 15. She has done everything a mom is supposed to do for her kid, the only thing that bothers me is she couldn’t come to any of my school functions or attend any of my achievements awards this was hurtful to her but also to me and my other brothers she has custody of, we are family too for years it’s been her as the only mom we had, to restrict her from being a mother is wrong, she never harmed any of us kids, she has been labeled a marked woman long enough. I love my grandma, all my friends love her she is good to everyone she meets she loves kids. I wish for my grandma to get relief from this horrible burden she’s has for a lot of years, I pray everyday for my family and that we can do things together like all other normal families. My grandma was charged for something she reported? Does that make any sense? Help my grandma get relief from this burden even the judges and commonwealth attorney and DSS all want her off that registry but they have no power to do so because legislators have the bar set so high a Judge has no discretionary rule in his own court room, my grandma has all her rights back she is a law abiding citizen free and clean of drugs, she is a wonderful mema!

I understand the emotional pain of this situation for I too have been struggling with the same issue I was 10 years old when they convicted me and they should have sealed my records and seized the registry at the age of 18 yet still current dealing with the same issue every three months

Hi and good day to you all. My name is Jay, and I'm a prison activist, I'm here and signing this petition in regards to my good friend Tammy, who I met a while back through social media, as I got to know who through the years, she has been a good friend to me. With that said, I truly believe in my own opinion that Tammy has proven to her self and to others that she definitely without a doubt should be taken off the registry. She's no monster, and I can even see that. Here heart as a human being is pure and wholesome, she has not one evil bone in her body. So please coming from someone that knows all to well how this registry is, I ask with all do respect to kindly take her off and give her a real true second chance at life. Thank you, and may God bless Tammy her friend's and family. Including the courts and all others that are involved. Respectfully sent on 3/30/25 Warmly Jay FROM INSIDE OUT NETWORK LLC. Tammie even those who have been convicted should still have all the necessities they need while incarcerated. Food, water, medical treatment. Even Jesus said to visit prisoners. God cares & so we should too!

I know Tammie personally, there is nothing about her that deserves the treatment she's had to endure. The Criminal Justice System has made a career out of misguided punishments across the board. Give her the grace that she deserves by removing her name from S.O regristery

After losing my cousin to an overdose in 2023 I have had to answer some really tough questions from her youngest child. When he asked me if he could have done something to save her, it broke my heart. He was lucky to not be there when it happened - other children aren't so lucky (if you can really call it luck). They need effective solutions that are simple to use, even though we don't ever want them to have to be "the one" who has to respond. There are endless examples of scenarios like this which means there is no one size fits all or a perfect response. We need whatever options that allow for someone to be able to respond when a person is dying from an overdose. Whether they are a child or an adult, trained or not. Period. People don't need to die because we told them they could only get this tool or that tool when there are a spectrum of options available.
