I care about this issue because my kids were removed without proper steps or investigation and refused to be put with family. My children suffered physical mental and sexual abuse that CYFD refuses to report. I have been retaliated on as a parent for speaking up standing up for myself and trying to protect my children. My kids were home and were removed yet again without proper investigation. My kids were scared for their lives because we’ve done everything to all be home and we’re finally happy and safe. Everything was going right and they were snatched by CYFD in the middle of the night. I’ve dealt with false reports and false accusations. If I challenge anyone or anything me and my children suffer more and longer and given more obstacles to over come and feels like forever being separated. My children have done hard core drugs in CYFD care has missed weeks of school and has attempted suicide in CYFD care and the first week home. They were violent due to being in fight or flight mode/survival mode. Not being able to save my children and seeing the pain they’ve suffered has traumatized our entire family. They have made it impossible for my family to have my children. They’ve accused my sister of abusing her children and threatened to open a case and have her kids removed for defending me and for fighting for my kids to be in her home. This left my entire family afraid of CYFD and retaliation we have to sit back and deal with the abuse and shut our mouths. Abuse of power it’s life or death for me because being told that my kids can’t be with me them being taken twice no matter how happy or good life is here. My kids are my life. They’ve taken everything children my job my career my time time I can’t her back. A felony and time in jail for things I didn’t do. There are foster parents resource parents/ teachers that target these children and tell them what to say at school so your kids can get taken and they can file motion to have them removed immediately without probable cause or investigation. Some of these teachers these children confide in and they’re manipulated into believing they will have a better life with them then at home. I’m not the only parent that has dealt why this and I pray to God that more parents stand up. I would love to speak up and share my story and evidence if needed to. Prayers for better days and a stronger system for the sake of these innocent loving children 🙏🏽

It's very sad that even though there is video proof that this little girl has been exposed to things she never should have been. Our justice system that is supposed to keep us and our kids safe is the ones that put her in harms way daily. You literally served her up to the lion. This is truly disturbing.

It has been very exhausting and traumatizing to my children and I and their mother. I am finding that thousands upon thousands of families have also been robbed of such precious and valuable life that can never be returned. For the moneys we spent trying to protect our children against these vicious entities, we could have provided them a decent life. May these beautiful families have a voice to speak out against these cruel and immoral actions from certain individuals in our judicial systems so that we may receive fair and proper counsel. This malicious neglect from the Powers that Be is not only unnecessary and avoidable, it is a crime against humanity. Hold them all accountable. So Mote It Be.
