Cheekwood is one of the most beautiful and unique places that Nashville has to offer — the seasonal, holiday, and cultural celebrations bring people together in joy, learning, and uplifting spirits. My multigenerational family has enjoyed much of what Cheekwood has to offer for many years, including annual traditions that we have created…truly some of the most magical and special memories have been created at Cheekwood. I can’t even imagine a Cheekwood-less Nashville —that would be a major loss and a very sad day for Nashville.

As a homeowner in Belle Meade Highlands for 35 years, Cheekwood has been a good neighbor as has the metro owned park and the public golf course. All are there for our neighbors to enjoy. This pitting of neighbors against neighbors is unfriendly and unnecessary. Everyone in Belle Meade Highlands has enjoyed increased property values. Let’s all be good neighbors and enjoy all that our Neighborhood has to offer the community.

Cheekwood has been a special place to my family.
From art installations to seasonal and holiday celebrations. Cheekwood is a historical Tennessee treasure that should remain with us as long as the earth spins. Greed and personal gain has stolen so much from the richness and culture of our world. Do not allow it to take Cheekwood from us too.

How I am only finding out about this AI data center (being built near SCHOOLS and residential HOMES) as of yesterday? I have family with businesses in the area and they also had no idea about this (KEEP SPREADING THE WORD). We just had a primary election on June 2nd and voted in some of these city council members. Why was the "AVAIO Perseus Data Center" not a MAJOR topic of discussion? This data center will put a strain on our delta due to the massive amounts of water it needs for cooling. Look up "data center noise pollution" on Youtube to get an idea about what we're in for if this gets built. These things emit a high-pitched humming sound that can be heard for MILES inside people's homes. Water supply strain, pollution, harm to children and local wildlife, increased electricity bills, decreased property value, countless other issues that have not been addressed - WE DON'T WANT THIS. Spread the word to your friends, family, and neighbors and please show up to the City Council meeting meeting on Monday, June 15 at 7:00 PM. Located at Pittsburg City Hall, 65 Civic Ave, 3rd Floor. I can't wait to see my fellow community members there because I believe in us.

My cousin was a patient at Pennhurst and she died there. Let the land and the souls left there rest!!!!

I fully support this proposals. Best location for higher density residential developments. Reduces high traffic due to closeness and easy access to freeway. It also increases county revenues. This project is thoughtful and innovative development that will strengthen our local economy by creating jobs, supporting businesses, and generating much-needed tax revenue that can be reinvested by county into critical public services.

Being right next to the freeway and supporting our city's infrastructure is a huge benefit to the county, residents, and travelers.

I fully support the Town and Country Village project in El Dorado Hills. This thoughtful and innovative development will strengthen our local economy by creating jobs, supporting businesses, and generating much-needed tax revenue that can be reinvested into critical public services such as law enforcement, fire protection, schools, and infrastructure. Beyond its economic impact, the project demonstrates environmental stewardship by repurposing local materials like Caldor Fire timber, while also enriching our cultural identity through a museum that honors local history, the Lincoln Highway, and the Pony Express trail. With enhanced bike and hiking trails, unique spaces for gathering, hospitality, and events, and even on-site staff housing, Town and Country Village offers a vision that fosters connection, celebrates our heritage, and ensures El Dorado County thrives for generations to come.

It is going to be a great development to help local economy and create a new self running community.
