Our family, like many others, invested not just in a home but in the promise of a thriving and well-serviced community, maintained by the Tierra Montana Homeowners Association (HOA). However, recent experiences have left us deeply disappointed and questioning the efficacy of our HOA leadership.

The current board members of the Tierra Montana HOA have repeatedly failed to provide the basic services that we, as homeowners, have the right to expect given the substantial dues we pay. Our streets are often left untended, common areas lack proper maintenance, and critical community needs go unmet. The neglect is not only an eyesore but a direct affront to the investment we have all made in ensuring a high quality of life here in Laveen.

100% of neighbors personally interviewed by this writer are dissatisfied with the current state of affairs, and numerous complaints have been raised during community meetings. Despite these grievances, the board has not shown any substantive action or willingness to engage with residents to address our concerns. It is this lack of accountability and responsiveness that has compelled us to call for an immediate recall of the three sitting board members.

Through a transparent electoral process, we aim to replace these board members with individuals who are genuinely invested in representing the interests of Tierra Montana residents. We need board members who are proactive, responsive, and dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our community’s environment and resources.
