Emily Hollis is a close friend of mine and it truly enraged me to find out that they labeled her, a minor, as a runaway when they knew she was with an older guy. I don't want any parents, friends, or families of other children to have to deal with cases being dismissed as "runaways"

As adults, they finally exposed the abuse they experienced - mental, physical, sexual. The system that was supposed to protect them from their "home environment" exposed them to more abuse than the neglect they experienced in a home with a mother that was a recovering drug addict. Even more mental abuse than they experienced when they found their father's body after he took his own life. The "system" across the nation needs to change - these children should not be victimized by a system that is designed to protect them!

I know that's not the case for so many vulnerable children (especially those with special needs). The "syetem" everywhere throughout our country needs top down reform and accountability from day one that a child is placed in out of home care. I don't know the full extent of your situation, but I truly hope that there is justice done and resolution.

It's government sanctioned kidnapping, and seems to be largely ignored. Families being torn apart should be a last resort and not taken lightly.

It breaks my heart that this has happened not only to Michelle's family, as this is not an isolated incident, this is targeted abuse to vulnerable loving families that destroys family units and it's occurring on an alarming mass scale. My heart is still bleeding from the pain this causes children and parents all across the world-Children should not be ripped from their families, punished, and used as bait to abuse and torture parents until they're a shell of who they all once were. OCYF, CPS, DHS, and all of the agencies involved in child human trafficking should be taken down!
Kim supported: Stop The Corruption In Pennsylvania Butler PaEven after providing evidence time after time this judge looked at us and said “I don’t care what proof you have I will never take these kids away from their mother.” This Judge has been biased during our entire child custody hearings and even though there are pending charges against the mother and the child is the victim the judge took away supervised visits and gave her overnights!! These children’s life’s are in constant danger and even were left home alone this past weekend while the mother went shopping!! The Judge told us if we bad talk about the mother again we will be hold in contempt! Even though we were just showing evidence from CYS that the mother was the perpetrator and there was findings of abuse!!! How many times can a child’s life be threatened with proof and nothing is being done about it?? We need a real job who wants to protect children not their abusers!!

I’ve witnessed her abuse and lies in person. It is so sad how many families she has absolutely ruptured and how many children are still in with their abusive parent.

Judge DeCostro allowed my sons to be taken from me because father accused me of swearing in to front of my kids and "talking negative" in October 2020. All after not being properly served a court order. I went 13 years as a hands on mom to 4 days a month. I fought with her, went through lawyers to have my military disability used against me (he's a veteran as well). My saving grace were these articles when I found them in Jul 2022. After a lot of push back I was able to move my case to Somerset where father and kids lived. I know have my oldest at home and father does not acknowledge him. I have been alienated by my 14 year old since Easter 2024 thanks to the corruption in Somserset County. I pray for all the parents and children.

She deserves a good life in a good environment. This judge should not have this position, especially with the hurt she causes. She should not be able to do this to so many victim leading to a worse condition, the lack of remorse saddens me. I pray for the families affected by this woman and I hope this cause becomes more known as well as what she does to children, forcing them to continue living with their abusers. My heart goes out to all the families and children.

My ex husband perjured himself in court. I was allowed to present no evidence- even though I had police reports.
He did not know their clothing sizes. He couldn’t remember their birthdays. Didn’t know their doctors or teachers. He activated the tracker on my vehicle without my permission. He and his family harassed me, including calling my boss to try to get me fired.
I still lost custody.
When I started crying she asked me if I was stable enough to have custody. My ex’s lawyer made all sorts of disparaging comments under her breath but I was the one threatened with contempt for crying.
When I came back next time, I made sure to speak calmly. I kept my tone even. She asked me if I was so cool about this, did I even care about my kids? Again, wasn’t allowed to submit evidence.
