This man has been wrongfully incarcerated for 27 years. Bring this man home to his family and friends.
natali supported: DEAR MR. PRESIDENT: FREE BILLIE ALLEN
Justice shouldn't be about what's convenient. It's disturbing that POC and that people with low income are wrongfully convicted out of a convenience to 'find' a guilty party. It's disturbing that families and marginalized communities are disrupted by their members being wrongfully incarcerated, especially since the actual perpetrator(s) are free. Please reevaluate Billie Allen's case and show the world that the US legal system correct its faults. Thank you.

To think this man has had years of his life stolen as some sort of “justice” for atrocities in which he did not commit.. There is nothing quite as inhumane as taking a life but to dangle it in-front of him for years knowing theres evidence that could make him a free man.. Our system is a failure.

Billie Allen's case is so important because of his blatant, and almost obvious wrongful conviction. This case acts as example for the justice system's tendency of overreaction through the death penalty, and the devastating effect it has on those convicted, let alone wrongfully.

We are writing this petition on behalf of Noah Omar-Jahi Eskridge, respectfully requesting a reduction and modification of his court orders, seeking lesser charges and a jail-free sentencing option. Noah is a dedicated father of three young children-a set of four-year-old twins who will begin kindergarten this fall and a 15-month-old daughter who is reaching key developmental milestones, including taking her first steps. His presence in their lives is essential for their emotional and psychological well-being. Since his release in 2022, Noah has made significant efforts to reintegrate into society. He successfully completed parole early and complied with all terms of his house arrest. He has actively sought employment, applying for over 150 jobs despite the challenges posed by his past record. His commitment to building a stable future for his children is unwavering. Noah has demonstrated personal growth and a sincere commitment to change. He understands the consequences of his past and has taken every possible step to ensure he never puts himself in a position that could jeopardize his freedom again. His children are his number one priority, and their emotional hardship due to his absence is undeniable. The trauma of being separated from their father during these critical developmental years is a burden no young child should have to bear. We respectfully ask the Court to consider an alternative to incarceration-one that allows Noah to remain a present and active father while continuing his efforts to secure employment and contribute positively to society. He is not a flight risk and has consistently shown himself to be a respectful, responsible, and law-abiding individual since his release. Given his track record of compliance, his dedication to his family, and his commitment to change, we humbly request the Court to reduce his sentence or provide an alternative, jail-free resolution that allows him to continue supporting and raising his children. Noah is not the man he once was—he is a father striving to do better, and his children need him now more than ever.

The Noah I’ve always known is a very kind and giving person who is really loved and valued in his community. Besides that he has children that need him and we already have a lack of black fathers being present in their children’s lives due to violence and the unfair tricky prison system that traps us which causes a repeated cycle of under achievement in the black we don’t need another brother to be taken away from his kids giving the fact that the children are our future and we need them to be healthy to make sure we have light in our future and to do that we need more fathers in the home of our children let Noah be one of the men who breaks the cycle and create a happy healthy nuclear family

This is an awful situation. I went through something similar myself and as a matter of fact, I’m still going through it. I did eight years in federal prison for other people’s crimes. The court is totally corrupt and even me writing. This puts me in danger. Please help this person.

David Yarde was my school mate back when we both lived in Barbados. I have known David since a kid, I know David’s story and I know he isn’t by any means a saint but we all have our flaws and our experiences in life. I firmly believe that this particular incident that has David serving time, could have, by any means, been more thoroughly investigated. I also believe that he may have been stereotyped based on his past mistakes and deserves a fair trial if there has been some error in judgement. David is a very intelligent and creative individual and I firmly believe that if he is given a chance for some type of redemption he will make good of his opportunity. I hope that the relevant individuals see this, as I just happened to think about David at this present moment and decided to Google his name and realized that this petition was a recent one and decided to add my name with a short testimonial on David. David, I wish you all the best buddy…I still cherish the memories we shared growing up in an environment that really wasn’t the most ideal for young men to grow up in, given our circumstances and experiences we faced and I thank God for meeting you and having the experience as your friend in this life. I wish you all the best brother and if you get to read these comments some how read Psalms 91 anytime you feel confused or weak. Keep your head up, Love my boy.

Ronin Nevels has always been an upstanding young man. He has never been in any trouble at all. In times past, he has been at our home playing with our four sons eating dinner at our dinner table saying prayers with us going to church with us and having fun. Ronin has never been a problem. He’s always been very very respectful. He’s always been a great student and very smart. We love and we care about Ronin very much and we stand by him. Thank you Dena Vanterpool
