Completely unjust that I, the only tenant paying (full) rent (one other covered by hb.,) should pay to maintain a car park I don't use (no vehicle) while residents of privately purchased properties who DO use it , and anyone else who chooses, pay absolutely nothing.

My housing association service charges are anything but transparent, We see evidence of cover price fruad, higest tender bId DOUBLE the lowest tender bid, 2018 Our Property maintenance contractor went bankrupt, evidence of repair work invoice put in but work be never completed, is in the liquidators report. debts £500,000 poor quality of repair or work not done. Example we found in invoice £1600 boiler repair, for a new Right hand block that should have cisted around £450 + VAT to repair . Cost £1600 Contractor fruad collision. SAR data (our LL) shows large works marked on LL computer as work completed, however in reality no work was ever done. The Finacial abuse in the Social housing sector is on an epic scale, there is no fast affordable means to complain. Social Landlord's face no meaningfull sanctions from any regulator, it seems. There is no legal aid. so the abuse goes on .

No one should have to suffer further turmoil after already fleeing viscous hate crimes, the trauma and agony inflicted should be enough to warrant safe passage. It is a basic human right to have a place of sanctuary that is safe from harm.
Jem supported: Introduce Jack’s Law: Housing Protections for Hate Crime Victims
Secure housing is a basic human right, and no one should have to live in fear of losing their home, especially in a time of financial uncertainty. The practice of evicting people just before legal protections are implemented is unfair and cruel. It highlights the need for stronger protections for tenants and a housing system that prioritizes people over profit.
Arnold supported: STOP LANDLORDS EXPLOITING THE SECTION 21 DEADLINE, OVERTURN AND HALT THE EVICTIONS
