Proper ventilation is essential for people's health especially those with respiratory problems such as asthma, lung conditions and breathing problems, etc. Exhaust fans need to be installed in apartments and units in Queensland. I have an exhaust fan in my bathroom installed years ago by my housing department landlord and a smoke alarm in the lounge-room which is a legal requirement and which is checked every year. I have not had mould in my bathroom and I'm sure it's because of the exhaust fan which is connected to the light switch. The Premier, David Crisafulli, ought to be informed of this situation of the exhaust fans needing to be installed in kitchens and bathrooms.

My brother was fired from his job because he had several seizures and it ripped his world apart. Some people choose to stay on pip benefits for their condition but others long for a normal life of studying and working. To treat these people like it’s their fault is disgraceful. There is no control over these seizures even through medication, ear plugs Special glasses etc. Through no fault of his own this man is being discriminated against and there needs to be more understanding and help around this subject.
