As a fellow MMTLP shareholder and the creator of another petition addressing the regulatory failures surrounding the December 2022 trading halt and ticker deletion, I fully support this initiative. The systemic issues and lack of accountability from FINRA and the SEC have left thousands of investors in limbo, including myself. I was counting on this money to finish paying off my home. 10,551 shares. I did everything legal by the letter of the law. That money was stolen from myself and 65,000 other shareholders. The US government under joe Biden and Gary gensler allowed this to happen to save huge hedge funds and brokers who obviously pay them off. I’m a smart man with a B.S. in Finance and know that a serious crime has been committed.

The U3 halt took away our ability to sell our stock. The financial and emotional stress that this caused me and my family has not only caused us harm but also a loss of trust in both our markets, and the so-called regulators who are supposed to protect us from this type of fraud.

I learned really fast how there are very dark forces in high places that put all investors at risk. The equity markets are filled with protected criminals steal money with the aid of the SEC and its SRO called FINRA. Regardless of what anyone says, MMTLP shareholders money was stolen. The fact is most investors do not have the excessive funding to fight those responsible for stealing our investment. It's been well over 2 years with no real resolution in site. While at the same time the criminals involved in this fiasco are going to great lengths to destroy the asset that we invested in so as to have excuses for not paying us what's rightfully ours. Although I have just under 2500 shares, the value of the asset was good until all of this went down. Now, our hope is in God to help those trying to fight this wicked and corrupt gang of criminals. We need your help though. We need people to help those who have lost so much. I am begging for some assistance with this, for this seemingly little but expensive loss is not only significant for me, but many many others. I hope someone sees this and offers a big helping hand.
