It's important to protect due process by any means possible. So stopping the deportations of immigrants no matter the cause is the most just thing in the world. Empathy acts as the most powerful force in the entire world, as without community we would not have society. So dividing communities and families opposes society itself.

If you were being accused of a crime, don't you want to be afforded the same rights as everyone else? What if they just decide you're in fact guilty just because and send you to prison FOR LIFE?!? Just imagine it! A little empathy goes a very long way here!

We cannot deny our fellow human beings rights they are just as deserving as we are to have them and if you strip one group of rights you're going to strip them all of their rights.

Undocumented immigrants pay towards taxes when they don’t even get to reap the benefits. People getting sent away before a trial? This is inhumane and sounds much like a concentration camp.
