Rabbits are the third most popular pet (after cats and dogs)… yet Stella & Chewy somehow think it is acceptable to put rabbit in dog and cat treats… Disgusting company…
As an owner of beloved house rabbits, this makes me feel sick, and is horrendously upsetting to see this.
Stop this immediately…
Please help Cash get home. This case should have been a slam dunk. The nightmare of having a trusted friend take your dog to train and dog sit, while you go on holiday. The sitters intentions are very clear in her messages, but it's your friend and why wouldn't you trust them. Well she wasn't a good friend, she is a scam artist and Cash needs to get home!
Treating any animal in an unkind manner is absolutely unnecessary. But to go to the extreme that this defenseless animal had to endure is absolutely sickening. Rabbits don’t have a voice, so we must be their voice. Until no other rabbit or animal is treated the same.
I have 2 rabbits right now that I rescued. The first Willow I found under a bush a few houses down our street. It was a few months after Easter . She was skinny, full of fleas and ticks everywhere. My vet removed the ticks and treated her for fleas put her on antibiotic. She survived she is now almost 9 yrs old my sweetheart. She is a black and white Dutch rabbit. I also have a Lion head rabbit that my son got from a guy that was going to shoot it. ( this was just a baby ) she is now 6 years old and beautiful. I’ve had both spade and keep up with vet health visits. People get these rabbits cause the are cute cuddly and think it’s a perfect gift for a child not realizing or researching what care goes into taking care of a rabbit. We need to stop selling them in pet stores and flea markets and make laws that protect them from abuse and neglect.
I have rescues Rabbits off the streets that people have just thrown out like trash. This is absolutely horrible! Rabbits are the third most common house pet running neck and neck to cats. If this had been a cat or dog there would be no doubt in my mind it would be all over the news and everyone would be talking about it. Rabbits are more fragile and can not defend themselves.likenancat.or dog can in the outdoors. Breeders need to be stopped as well as pet stores from selling rabbits. Rabbits are no longer a outside cage pet or meat animal. Make the Change Now! Stand up for what it Right!
There is NO excuse for animal cruelty! There are studies showing how animal cruelty correlates to other crimes and cycles of abuse. This was sadistic and cruel and if it doesn’t stop here, then where is the line? With dogfighting rampant and other forms of animal abuse and cruelty, the laws need to be changed with harsher punishments in SC!! What is the deterrent, the laws are a joke without any way to enforce or enact any real consequences. The fact that law enforcement made the persons who found and save this bunny PAY the ABUSER, speaks for itself and mentality and lack of regard for another’s life or the amount of suffering they inflict! It’s absolutely abhorrent and disturbing that some things have never progressed here!
I didn’t realize that betta beads shrink. My beautiful half moon betta is now suffering from swallowing one and I expect him to die at any moment. It makes me so sad and angry to know that he’s suffering and there’s nothing I can do to help him. He was happy and healthy before I put betta beads in his tank. They were advertised as an enrichment product. If I had known the danger they pose I never would have bought them. I feel so guilty for causing him harm.
