My baby boy was taken from me at 4 months old. He was misdiagnosed by hospital staff, and his accurate diagnoses by his pediatrician was ignored. I was having my health struggles at the time. I had
undiagnosed health conditions. And was labeled a monster. When all I wanted was for my boy to get better. They through me in jail. And adopted my child to the same nurse that reported me to CPS.
I had my very young children placed in foster care when Our family was being threatened, I reached out for help to anyone who would listen including Mandated reporters, law enforcement, cps social worker, instead of protecting or helping my kids & I they made Me a custom case & took my 2 youngest boys and placed them is foster home, separated them both toddlers grasping our language yet were place in Spanish speaking homes which my youngest was abused by foster mom and would hide in kitchen cabinets in fear. I had 2 reunification, cups said I slipped through the cracks, I fought my case and won during trial when social worker admitted my defense, elite I tuned at my circus court lawyer saying I won, he shooshe me, referee said court going off record to break, I was only one who left court room while court panel came up with a plan to fix the mistake made by cps eorker under oath during testimony.they brought me back referee asked if I consent to the rest of proceeding hand writing the notes because they stated stenographer machine broke, gullible I said yes, I did not know what the point was I figured I won, hence ofer of 2nd reunification which my own lawyer told my sister in law under attorney confidentiality, she worked for high-end law firm that I was being given by law Due Process, that there was a 10,000 exchange of hands for my unborn baby from the foster agency to the fos adopt parents or the foster parents who wanted to adopt my unborn baby paid 10,000 to foster agency, I never stood a chance. If there's anyone out there, lawyers or advocates there is do much more to my case and I have evidence to support my facts unlike their allegations with were enough reason to label me a neglect mother and Terminated my parental rights. Can we start a class action suit against cps or a lawsuit if someone's out there who can help me go after the loss of my children that today still is hindering my life and back child support is so crazy out of hand I will never touch the balance because payments are not enough to cover the interest & arrears, I'm now 60 yes old and its still holding me back, its been open ended lifelong struggle and if I cannot somehow make this right and turn the tables on C.P.S. "CHILD PROFIT SERVICES" Thats my definition of cps! Corrup at children & families expense!!!!! Please help
I find this truly devastating. The government had no right to take her children from her on these mediocre, false charges. This is from their mother's point of view, but think about the children and what they must be going through. They were happily coming home to their loving family one moment, and are being taken away by strangers, likely never to see their family again the next. Look at those joyful, smiling faces in the picture. This family did not deserve to be treated this way.
