As a mother of 5 beautiful babies, I couldn’t ever imagine putting my hands on my own child, especially at 11 months old. This beautiful baby boy deserved so much better than the life he’s been given so far.
District attorney, why? What ailed you to set this woman free? This is disturbing, YOU need to do better Stephanie, this lady needs either a mental institution or prison time for what she’s done. There’s evidence, so I’m not sure why she’s been released. She has another child, let’s just hope she doesn’t hurt that beautiful baby girl, because if she does it should be YOUR FAULT Stephanie, for not doing those babies right in the first place.
Chantel apoyó esta petición: Aleesha Allen Child Abuser Home on Probation.Those of us that signed this petition are deeply appalled by the recent decision to release Aleesha Allen on supervised own recognizance, who abused her 11-month-old child, from jail 3 days after the incident came to light. This decision is not only an insult to the victim and the community but also a dangerous precedent for the protection of vulnerable children in Shasta County.
Abusing an innocent child is a grave crime, one that demands serious consequences. The fact that Aleesha has been allowed to walk free on an ankle monitor, awaiting a plea deal, is both alarming and unacceptable. A mere slap on the wrist does not reflect the severity of the crime nor does it take into account Aleesha's past actions which show a pattern of harmful behavior.
This leniency fails to recognize the lasting trauma inflicted on the child(ren), who will bear the physical and emotional scars of this abuse for years to come. It also sends a dangerous message that child abuse can and will be brushed aside, with little to no accountability for those responsible.
We demand the following:
• Immediate Reconsideration of Release: Aleesha should be returned to jail until the conclusion of her case. A child abuser should not be allowed to continue living outside of a cell.
• A Full and Fair Trial: Aleesha must face the full extent of the law for her actions. Any plea deal should reflect the seriousness of her crime and any criminal history.
• Justice for the Victim(s): The child(ren) deserves justice, and their well-being should be the priority in any legal proceedings with any reports being investigated throughly.
We urge the legal system to take immediate action and ensure that Aleesha faces appropriate consequences for her actions. Children deserve to be safe from harm, and those who violate that safety must be held accountable.
Sign this petition to demand justice for the innocent and to ensure that abuse is not tolerated.

These babies need to know there worth and have a healthy life growing and being guided by someone who is guided by alcohol and drugs. Aleesha is no fit for a mother as my own eyes have witnessed and I will sign as many petitions it takes to get the DA to serve correct justice.

But so did Shasta county, our justice system is truly broken when you can’t even protect innocent children! He has no voice so as a parent I have to speak on his behalf, I cannot began to fathom what he has gone through in life ALREADY. He’s only a baby if she did this to him WHAT has she gotten away with before… she has a toddler as well (NO MOTHER) would ever hurt her BABY let alone any other child so as far as I’m concerned she is lower than dirt and should return to where she belongs (Jail or the grave).

The boy was 11 months old! He hasn't even found his voice yet! She has a long history of abuse and neglect with these children, with multiple witnesses saying she brought them to a PARTY and passed out DRUNK on a KITCHEN FLOOR!! She deserves more than just jail time in my opinion. My mom heart hurts for both of her children who had to suffer and endure a "mother" that clearly does not care about them!!!

The thought that any mother could ever harm her child, especially one that cannot defend themselves, makes me physically ill. This girl needs to be reprimanded for her actions and BOTH of her babies need to be protected from her. A person whom is so unstable they can’t provide the natural instinct to protect a child; let alone their own, should not even have access to children!! Justice for those babies!

No child deserves to go through the pain this child did. She should not be walking free where she could hurt another child. If she can hurt her child, she can hurt any other child in closed doors. She doesn’t deserve to be walking free. The DA office needs to do better. They’ve been failing the community for quite some time now. And they need to be held accountable too. Her walking free just shows that DA’s office doesn’t care about our children
