I raced at the fond du lac BMX track the first year it opened. Even when there were no races we were there riding and practicing. The community needs something like this. Outside activities are slowly dissappearing and lack of spaces doesn't help.
aric supported: Preserve our local FondDuLac BMX Race TrackFond du Lac doesn't have a whole lot as it is so bringing this back to life would be a start. Most families have to travel to appleton for fun especially in the winter. We don't have common things like indoor playgrounds, indoor trampoline parks, arcades, etc.. Taking things away is not the right move. We need things like this around to keep kids off the streets and give them a healthy way to express themselves and have fun.

I raced for a couple years there when I was a teenager and it was one of the greatest places to be in fond du lac at the time. I’d love to see it come back!!!

Riding bikes on a track keep kids off the street and out of trouble. It grows their strength and builds confidence. Don't be selfish, keep this track going!

With tracks being closed and bought out there isn't anything in the southern part of Wi. That is driveable several times a week. My son loves to race and will not have a place to go. Lots of kids in the madison/deforest area will also be with out a track. We are willing to put our time into this along with several other families as well! Non profit organization Raceroots.org, will have a website coming very soon! All we need is to get the Fond Du Lac City on board with this great opportunity for everyone along with bringing lots of revenue to local businesses.

The Fdl loop and upgrades to the city for biking has been great for this town. The only missing piece is a community family bike park.
The communities around this great country who have great bike parks are better off because of it.
Families ride bike parks. People of all ages can ride bikes there and so much more can be done in addition the racing.
A pump track and skills area would be a phenomenal addition. I’ve ridden numerous tracks in several states because it is so much fun so we make the trek!
As a dad x 6 and hometown kid, this is near and dear to my heart. I challenge anyone of any skill level who can ride a bicycle to try out a pump track. It will get you into shape and put a smile on your face, every-time.
The new play grounds in town are awesome! This community bike park is a much needed playground for many! Some don’t even know it yet!
