Everyone knows & sees the gut wrenching stories of so much animal abuse, from individuals on their own pets right through to the shocking inhumane practises in the meat industry. Millie the maltese who was trapped by a neighbour & beaten to death is just one of the many deplorable acts by one of many vile humans who more than not get away with any consequence. Why on earth do our powers to be no act accordingly! The cruelty day in day out continues because the laws are so pathetically weak where all authorities put it in the too hard basket. Its beyond comprehension & appalling decision making that should be a high priority as a matter of urgency!
