Because in October of this year, we had a government shut down, but Washington was still able to add to the debt 409 Billion; $3,567 per household.  This administration has spent $3.7 Trillion on Welfare in 5 years. Medicaid wastes over $100 billion per year and that is a soft estimate. Get the picture?
