Vote on Repealing the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act

The Issue

In March 2010, the United States' Congress passed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act over the will of the American People.

- Whereas the law has proven itself more expensive than forecast.

- Whereas the Supreme Court ruling raises new Constitutional Issues.

- Whereas the law, as enacted, contains an abortion mandate unmentioned at passage.

Much new information has come out about this law since its passage. In the face of new information, the American People deserve to know where BOTH houses of the United States' Congress stand on this law BEFORE the November election. Obviously, the United States House has done so already.

Therefore, we, the undersigned citizens of the United States, being of sound mind, do hereby petition our United States' Senate to vote on full and total repeal of the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act BEFORE the November 2012 election.
