私たちはホロライブというコンテンツを深く愛するファンの一人一人です。
ここしばらくの出来事により、多くのファンやタレント自身が不安を抱えています。
しかし、私たちはホロライブを信じ続けたいと願っています。
そのためにも、COVER株式会社として、ファンやタレントが再び安心して前を向ける「希望」を示していただきたいと考えています。

【お願いしたいこと】
1. 誠実な説明や対話の場の提供
　今、なぜファンやタレントの間に不安が広がっているのか、御社が考える理由について、
　可能な範囲で構いませんので、ファンに向けた説明をお願いしたいです。
　タレントが話せない事情があるのであれば、企業としての説明をお願いするほかないのです。

2. タレントが安心して活動できる仕組みの整備
　今後同じようなことが起きないための、内部体制の強化を求めます。
　既に取り組みを進められていることは承知していますが、ファンとしてはまだ不安が残っています。
　特に、「相談しづらいことがある」という声を耳にすることがあり、改善を期待しています。
　なお、この要望はCOVER株式会社に限らず、EN・IDを含むすべてのタレント事業に対しての改善を望むものです。
　各文化や状況に適した柔軟な対応がされることを期待しています。

3. ホロライブを信じ続けられる希望を示すメッセージ
　ファンとタレントの不安を少しでも和らげ、再び前を向けるような
　「ホロライブは大丈夫だ」と思えるメッセージをお願いしたいです。
　世界が愛するカルチャーに、希望が無いとは思いたくありません。
　私たちが御社を信じ続けるための、真摯な言葉を届けていただければ幸いです。

We are individual fans who deeply love the Hololive content.

Due to recent events, many fans and talents themselves are feeling anxious.
Nevertheless, we wish to continue believing in Hololive.

For that reason, we hope that COVER Corporation will demonstrate “hope” that allows both fans and talents to feel reassured and look forward again.

Our request:

1. Providing a sincere explanation and an opportunity for dialogue
We would like COVER Corporation to explain to the fans, to the extent possible, the reasons why you believe anxiety has spread among fans and talents.
If there are circumstances that prevent the talents from speaking, we must rely on the company itself for an explanation in such cases.

2. Ensuring a system in which talents can work with peace of mind
We request the strengthening of internal systems to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
We understand that steps are already being taken in this regard, but as fans, we still feel some concern.
In particular, we have heard voices indicating that there are matters which are difficult to consult about, and we hope for improvements.

Please note that this request is not limited to COVER Corporation alone, but extends to all talent operations, including EN and ID.
We hope that flexible measures appropriate to each culture and circumstance will be implemented.

3. A message that inspires continued faith in Hololive
We ask for a message that can ease, even slightly, the concerns of fans and talents, allowing them to face forward once again, and make them feel that “Hololive will be okay.”
We do not want to believe that there is no hope for this culture beloved by the world.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could deliver sincere words that allow us to continue to place our trust in your company.
