Essential healthcare workers are on the frontline of fighting the Covid-19 Pandemic. Many of our colleagues risk their lives on a daily basis in order to ensure the safety and the wellbeing of the citizens of our nation. 

Our exposure to the virus is significantly higher than most other individuals, placing us at a higher risk of contracting the virus or even worse, infecting our patients or family and friends. 

Based on this alarming fact, we plead to the South African Government as well as the HPCSA to make FREE monthly mandatory Covid-19 testing available to our essential health care workers, to protect the lives of these brave individuals, their loved ones and those they serve.
