As we continue to live in unprecedented times we continue to see companies and employers taking unprecedented action in regards to the health and safety of employees and clientele. Zumba Fitness has proven itself committed to the fight for racial equity and justice in ways many other companies couldn't begin to imagine.

We are asking Zumba, as a company made up of and founded upon diversity and inclusion, to take action against those instructors continuing to emit racist, ignorant and hateful speech across their social media platforms. As many other employers have, we are asking Zumba to take administrative action against those instructors as you are made aware of their incredibly repulsive behavior.

We are aware of limitations Zumba may have as they are often not the primary employer of these instructors, however, we ask that Zumba refuse and cancel ZIN memebership for such people. Attached to this petition you will find signatures of fellow ZIN's who are committed to maintaining diversity, equity and inclusion as a core part of our values as instructors and that find that the representation from instructors who actively spread divisiveness, hate, homophobia, transphobia, sexism and racism within the ZIN community to be appalling and counterintuitive to our larger mission to move the world.

If these instructors refuse to move themselves from their hateful views, speech and rhetoric, we ask that Zumba remove them from our community.
