Due to the numerous number of complains and untoward incidents against the Zinnia Towers Condominium Property Management Office such as the following;

1) Elevator Malfunction - series of elevator incidents that compromised the safety of all residents. 

2) Poor Management and Incompetent PMO - numerous complains against PMO system of management, slow and unresolved complains. 

3) No provision for PWD Ramps - a violation of the National Building code for non-compliance to BP 344 of 1994.

4) Abuse of Power - unjust enactment of rules and policies without due process of law and lack of consideration of residents' welfare

In signing this petition, I agree on the eviction of the current management and support the formation of Zinnia Towers Homeowners Association (HOA).
