Every year from and including June 10th through and including June 20th., Yulin China hosts a party to celebrate the summer solstice. And it means a brutal Slaughter of tens of thousands of dogs. Many are skinned, boiled and even burned ALIVE. It's horrible to watch any video's on the internet if your heart has any compassion. The Chinese are a proud people and one thing they are particularly proud of is the fact that they will eat just about anything. It's in there culture. I read an article from a freelance journalist who spent 3 years in China, traveling many different provinces to write a book. And he noticed that there are few creatures to be found anywhere. Thats when he discovered the Chinese people will consume almost every living moving thing weather it crawls, flys, walks or swims. He wrote that if one visits China you wont see many insects or rats or even mice as they are ALL on the menu. Hence, bat wing soup. It's not something we Americans contend with. I personally dont have a problem with any of this. Not even eating dogs. My concern is how the animals are killed. If they have to eat dogs and cats then so be it. But kill them in a fast humane way. Throwing a live dog into a large pot of boiling water head first is not a humane way to prepair any animal. At least in my opinion. And I'll bet a lot if people would agree with me. So what i propose is this:

BOYCOTT ALL CHINESE PRODUCTS. From June 10th through June 20th. In fact dont buy anything for those 10 days as most things come from China anyway. Buy food and fuel if course but then save your money. It's probably the only way that we'll get the attention of the Chinese government. And then maybe they'll listen. Just a 1% drop in they're trade export would amount to millions of dollars. So please sign this petition and spread the word. June will be here before you know it. The ONLY chance those dogs have is us.
