The purpose of this petition is to obtain a cease-and-desist order for Rosalind Nicole Knight to refrain from engaging in harassing, antagonistic, and harassing commentary on her YouTube platform (Choppin it Up with Ros) regarding Real Comedienne Latrese Allen. A temporary or permanent removal of her business page from social media platforms is also being petitioned. Her behavior has be relentless for over 2 months and includes 50+ Live videos berating Latrese Allen which has recently reached its climax to the extent that it is detrimental to her young children and the overall YouTube platform environment. She has solicited former employees and alleged associates of Latrese on her Live videos for interviews. Her obsessive behavior has been noted/documented by other YouTubers with similar platforms and the specific channels can be provided upon request.

Rosalyn Knight seems to delight and relish in the attack of Latrese Allen although she professes her self-proclaimed intentions ‘to help’. This guise is exposed and the TRUE nature of her action becomes evident within minutes of her commentaries. Please review her Community emails to solicit a Live audience, her Live chat video commentary along with comments from her audience participants and it will become evident that her behavior is not only distasteful but unprofessional.

Rosalind Knight should be addressed and immediately cease with her current content of Latrese Allen. No one on social media should be allowed to viciously attack the integrity, character or moral being of another individual. For some reason Rosalind Knight feels that she is the moral compass by which everyone should be judged. Why she is concerned with ALL aspects of Latrese’s personal life only points to her envy of her income and accomplishments. It’s sad but true. After two months of being attacked, Latrese Allen finally replied and responded to Ms. Knight’s verbal assassination of her, her children and other family members and now Rosalind Knight is crying ‘victim’. Rosalind Knight needs to be addressed and stopped from her assassination of Latrese Allen.
