BrawlBRSTMs3 X has provided amazing music from video games that many fans have adored for years! It is notorious for uploading extended versions of said music, usually up to 30 minutes long, as well as remixes and other versions. This channel has influenced people and other channels and it deserves to stay. Being terminated for copyright is far too harsh, an email should have been sent to the channel owner(s) to remove the content.

This channel absolutely does not deserve this! When this issue was brought up previously, the owner of the channel WORKED with Nintendo to remove and spread news to not re-upload the music. Now the channel is gone and it's just not right!

Nintendo needs to change its content guidelines in general because it's restricting so many of its own fans from listening to their music that they enjoy! It's ridiculous when you can't even upload a video with Mario's well-known theme song as a simple intro as background music, even when credit is given!
