I recently saw a video on YouTube called “Hey Buckwheat!!!!” uploaded by theCheesenOnions. It’s a clip from Little Rascals where Spanky is seen impersonating Buckwheat by dressing in blackface. This incredibly offensive and it should be removed immediately!! On top of it being inappropriate and racist, children could see this clip and I would hate for it to influence or send the message that blackface is ok. Especially given the fact that it’s a child dressing in blackface. This video has been viewed 1 million times and we shouldn’t allow that kind of hate to be spread anymore.
