Nader Elshamy is a dangerous predator from Canada who must be removed from YouTube.   

Previously, he has been in prison for stabbing two people (one an ex girlfriend) and who is currently involved in court proceedings for the sexual assault of a women he met through his youtube channel.  He has exhibited toxic and dangerous behavior on several livestreams on youtube, including being violent to his current girlfriend (see video).  

Within the last week he has decided to make deliberate, malicious and willful false copyright strikes against other YouTube creators because he does not like what they have to say.  He does not understand what 'fair use' means or how to use YouTube's reporting tools.  To date, he has struck at least 137 individual videos by several creators in an attempt to silence them.  He has also threatened to join twitter (he has since done this) to further target these creators there.  He announced his intention to do this on his livestream, which is a breach of YouTube TOS.

Nader Elshamy is unable to leave Canada to attend court cases on these many strikes and he does not have he funds to hire a lawyer in California, to act on his behalf.  He agreed to this when filing the strikes knowing he had no intention of, or ability to, fulfilling this requirement.  

When people file a counter strike YouTube give their personal details - name and address - to the striker.  This is the only reason Elshamy would have for filing so many wrongful strikes against creators.  It is believed and feared he will doxx these creators once he has this information, as he has been known to doxx people before.

Youtube have been receiving reports about this behavior and breaches of YouTube's TOS since the start of his channel 12 months ago and they have so far, refused to act.

By ignoring thousands of reports YouTube are complicit in this man's activities.  He is putting other creators' lives in danger with the extremely high likely he will doxx them.  YouTube's failure to act on their own rules is a breach of their responsibility to the creators who use their website.  YouTube make billions from the creators using the website yet show little to no interest in at least safeguarding them by removing anyone shown to be dangerous.  It is a flagrant and disparaging attitude to have towards these creators.

We call on YouTube to immediately remove Nader Elshamy from their website and to give him a lifetime ban from ever using the platform again.  We also call on google to ban Nader Elshamy from using adsense for life, so he can never make money from his toxic activities again.
