Trisha Paytas is now most commonly known for her "self diagnosis." she claims to be a part of the borderline personality disorder community as well as a part of the 1% population with Dissociative identity disorder. Trisha Paytas has never been diagnosed with any of these mental disorder. She goes around insulting other mental health advocated and destroys the work they have done. She hurts MULTIPLE communities.
