People of the world, this fascist invasion of YouTube has gone too far! These companies, in particular VEVO, are international fascist conventions that are silencing the voices of YouTube users by deleting their videos and blocking the access of several countries! Well, it is time we, YouTube users, unite to restore liberty into YouTube!

These companies, in particular VEVO, take pleasure in removing the videos of YouTube users just so they can post it as they wish! Last time I recalled, the Internet was a free land! Why are people being silenced and controlled by VEVO like that?

After removing other user's videos, VEVO usually posts those themselves, the way they like it. Most of these videos are music videos, and VEVO makes the shameful act of censoring any swear words. This, my friends, is pure dictatorship. If swear words are contained in the lyrics of a song, it's the way the author is finding to express his feelings! Why would you censor a man whose only way to tell what goes on his mind contains the word "fuck" or "shit"? By censoring such words, VEVO is henceforth disabling liberty of speech in YouTube.

With all videos of one song blocked, everyone is forced to watch the video posted by VEVO. Once in VEVO's personal domains, we are forced to witness raw, annoying advertisement. People who enjoy the likes of Anthrax witness ads below their video about artists of a whole different music genre, videos who have been given the same "ban everything else" treatment, and giving VEVO more and more views. People are even forced to watch a small ad, in which they are not interested, before finally getting to the video they care about. And do you honestly think this is what YouTube was created for?

VEVO also is delighted to sign contracts with bands to post their videos, or so it seems. However, this is just ruining YouTube channels, pure and simple. A greatly known example of this would be MetallicaTV, whose entire reach of videos were deleted and replaced by MetallicaVEVO. And what did this MetallicaVEVO channel contain? The Day That Never Comes! A single song out of all the videos removed out of MetallicaTV! This was hugely disappointing for all Metallica fans!

And recently, I've even noticed something worse. As trying to watch an Iron Maiden VEVO video, to the lack of alternatives, I found out VEVO had shamelessly blocked it in my country. What gives VEVO the right to choose which countries watch Iron Maiden? What is their control over Iron Maiden? NONE!

With this petition, we hope to open YouTube's eyes and end VEVO. Don't just sit on your computer and watch liberty being swayed away...Do something about it!
