Petition to CEO and HR Head: All non-essential / non-branch employees of FBL are to work from home. Remote access to emails and bank software should be made available to these employees.

Employees in office without mask should be fined. Office space to be sanitized daily. HR should have honest communication with employees regarding information such as news about COVID cases and reason for closure of any branch. 

Reasons:

Faysal House is a big building with 500+ persons in it during office hours. Regional offices in major cities also has several non-branch employees under one roof. This is a serious health hazard given the spread of COVID. Yet FBL employees are forced to come to Faysal House / regional office every day and risk their lives.

Several cases have been suspected in regional offices. Positive test results of some Faysal House employees have been heard.  main head office branch was closed in the 1st week of May 2020 because of COVID concerns. These things makes FBL employees feel unsafe and also disrespected by the management. The health and safety of employees should be of highest importance. 

Work from home has been implemented successful at several banks since March 2020. So why is Faysal Bank is not following the same?
